Shipping policy

All stock is held in the UK and stock is updated regularly to ensure that we can fulfil orders timely, in the rare event that an item is oversold we will contact you accordingly. Otherwise all orders are shipped on the same business day when placed before 3.45pm GMT. 

Business days are Monday to Friday. 

All items are shipped from our UK warehouse operated by Pack to Send. 

 

UK Orders

We ship using Royal Mail's RM48 service which is not a tracked service but has a proof of delivery. This service is charged at £4.99 for all orders. 

Typically this service takes 2-3 business days. 

 

European Orders

We ship using DPD to all countries in Europe, this is a tracked and signed service with proof of delivery. This service is charged at £14.99 for all orders and note that items are sent duties unpaid (DDU). This means that the customer will be responsible any local customs charges incurred on the shipment.

Typically this service takes 3-5 business days.
